My Grievance Against Valet Company Imperial Parking Industries, inc.

a) Restitution for stolen vehicle due to their negligence

b) Refusal to valet park my vehicle, forbidden by the Americans with Disabilities Act (they are aware that I am disabled)

c) Refusal to return vehicle to me.

d) Restitution for previous damage to vehicle that was never pursued (approx, $1000.00)

e) Intentional infliction of emotional distress
